Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is a guideline for all of the Company’s employees at every level of management to improve its integrity. The Code of Conduct was designed to influence, shape, organize and adjust the behavior of the Company’s members in line with Corporate Culture in order to achieve its Vision and Mission. 

CODE OF CONDUCT PRINCIPLES

The Company’s Code of Conduct stipulates the following matters:

  1. Work Discipline.
    Each employee is required to work in a disciplined and responsible manner in accordance with the work culture adopted by the Company.
  2. The Authorities and Responsibilities of members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Employees.
    Each employee is encouraged to always perform their respective duties and responsibilities to the best of their ability in order to achieve the best results, including in maintaining the confidentiality of the Company.
  3. Work Facilities Utilization.
    Each employee is allowed to responsibly use office facilities to the greatest extent to support the implementation of their respective duties and responsibilities.

This arrangement is expected to support the implementation of the Company’s work culture in accordance with GCG principles.
